About the role
- Confirm orders for all product lines with sales team
- Issue product purchase orders to vendors
- Prepare and issue sales invoices for all product lines
- Process vendor invoices using internal approval workflow
- Communicate directly with vendors to resolve payment and other queries
- Weekly preparation of payments to vendors
- Processing employee expense claims with Concur and Business Central
- Verification and reconciliation of credit card transactions
- Monitor accounts receivable activities and follow up on past-due balances
- Accurately apply incoming customer payments to accounts receivable
- Provide other accounting support as required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong technical abilities with outstanding MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of Business Central and Microsoft ERP is an asset
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated individual with excellent people skills and a positive attitude towards collaboration and teamwork
- After hours may be required for any urgent order request
