About the role

  • Coordinate the entire recruitment process for positions located in multiple countries.
  • Write, translate and publish job postings in French and English.
  • Screen applications and conduct virtual interviews.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define needs, candidate profiles and recruitment strategies.
  • Track candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Coordinate reference checks, background checks and other required verifications.
  • Maintain a professional, inclusive and positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate onboarding and integration of new hires internationally.
  • Prepare and follow up on hiring documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of remote employees.
  • Keep employee files up to date (contracts, personal information, administrative changes).
  • Ensure the application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Respond to employee and manager questions regarding HR processes.
  • Support the management of routine HR cases.
  • Collaborate with external partners (recruitment firms, vendors, platforms).
  • Produce reports and tracking dashboards related to recruitment and HR activities.

Requirements

  • Degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, including significant recruitment experience.
  • Experience in international recruitment or in a multicultural environment (considered a strong asset).
  • Good knowledge of HR practices and employment standards.
  • Comfortable with digital tools, recruitment platforms and ATS.
  • Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment.
  • French: advanced (spoken and written)
  • English: advanced (spoken and written)
