• - Partner with People & Culture leadership to support the department administration and support HR practices and programs, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, engagement initiatives, compliance tasks, and policy updates.
• - Serve as the frontline HR resource for employee questions with clarity, confidence, and empathy.
