Provide comprehensive administrative support to some of our GTM leaders (currently 3 VPs), including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Act as a liaison between executives, team members, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with a keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Coordinate and manage special projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company standards.
Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team by identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, demonstrating flexibility and a strong commitment to team success.
Requirements
3 - 5+ years of experience in an executive support role, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
You’ll have worked with GTM or business leaders and supported multiple leaders in the past.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously as well as to quickly pivot as priorities can rapidly shift even throughout the day.
Strong attention to detail, organized and responsive.
Intellectually curious and committed to continuous learning and collaboration to improve how we work.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Office Suite and other productivity tools such as Slack, Notion, Coupa, Navan and Zoom and bring an enthusiasm to learn and use new tools. Light experience with Salesforce, Seismic and Catalyst is a plus!
Strong ability to create impactful presentation materials.
Ability to think proactively and take initiative, anticipating the needs of executives and the team.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, resourcefully and also as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
Serve as a trusted partner to the executive, demonstrating unwavering integrity and impeccable judgment when handling proprietary and confidential data.
Availability to work in our San Francisco office two days per week (Tuesday/Thursday), with potential for increased presence as required.
