About the role

  • Lead the development, review, and management of complex pricing models, quotes, and contract documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness for revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, account management, and country teams to streamline deal desk operations, resolve bottlenecks, and support process training initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver reports and metrics dashboards by consolidating and analyzing sales, pricing, and customer data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Several years' experience in sales support, commercial operations, deal desk, or global bid management, preferably within a multinational or matrixed organization.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial acumen or hands-on pricing experience, with proven expertise in driving operational excellence through process, governance, and workflow management.
  • Proven ability in advanced data analysis using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and modeling) and effective pipeline management within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system like Salesforce.
  • Business proficiency in English and Greek essential.
