About the role
- Manage a portfolio of pharmacy accounts, delivering outstanding customer engagement and achieving key sales objectives
- Be the expert partner for pharmacists and pharmacy teams, supporting them with product knowledge
- Educate pharmacy teams on product features and benefits to encourage effective recommendation
- Maintain frequent and clear communication with your line manager and sales support team
Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B sales within FMCG or Health and Beauty is preferred
- Experience using a CRM system as part of daily workflow is advantageous
- A solid understanding of the OTC or pharmacy industry is essential
- A good standard of general education, including Maths and English
