About the role
- Work closely with senior team members across the entire spectrum of services that IQVIA offers to precommercial and small pharma companies
- Develop customer-focused consultative proposals that tell a cohesive, logical story
- Execute the process of responding to RFPs from end to end
- Support enablement of the EBP sales team by developing and maintaining templates, playbooks, best practices, and other artifacts
- Drive continuous improvement in value that EBP IST brings to the broader IQVIA EBP team
- Coordinate the development of proposals and client solutions; includes developing documentation to use when briefing internal stakeholders on the opportunity, clearly communicating timelines, deadlines, and expectations of internal stakeholders, driving team understanding of the high-level market landscape by leveraging internal resources and available research
- Aid EBP Proposal Strategy Principal and sales leads in bringing together a diverse set of stakeholders to discuss RFP responses and develop integrated IQVIA solutions
- Develop proposal storyboard and PowerPoint/Word document to support internal stakeholders in content development
- Arrange and lead core response team check-ins, project manage the proposal process to ensure high-quality proposals are submitted on-time with deliverable-focused milestones and relevant senior reviewers as applicable
- Create high quality PowerPoint slides to pull through strategic direction of storyboard
- Refine/edit PowerPoint slides generated by subject matter experts to deliver proposals with singular IQVIA voice
- Perform final QC/editing of proposals with maximum attention to detail
- Coordinate logistics, check-ins, and rehearsals with internal stakeholders for proposal presentations
- Curate, maintain, and share library of templates, best-in-class slides, case studies, and other proposal tools to maximize proposal creation efficiency across sales team
Requirements
- BA or BS in relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of relevant industry experience (pharma/consulting, B2B, agency, etc.) required with minimum of 2 years of proposal development related experience (or equivalent) preferred
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Word
- Attention to detail, highly proficient in grammar/language and able to QC/edit within tight timelines
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders in a high stakes setting
- Demonstrated strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task, and prioritize with minimal supervision
- Experience and comfort in a high volume, fast paced environment
