About the role

  • Serve as the overall account owner, liaison, and concierge for customers in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
  • Plan, execute, and strategize digital campaigns within the email channel and other innovative technologies and products
  • Maximize client program performance within the project budget and manage client projects from inception to completion and renewal
  • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure all projects are developed for the best end-user experience
  • Communicate client needs and expectations clearly across development teams

Requirements

  • Four-year bachelor’s degree
  • Project Management experience
  • 2+ years of account management experience
  • Understanding of email marketing as a primary communication channel
  • Knowledge of digital marketing within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industries is desirable
