💰 $110,000 - $125,000 per year
About the role
- Independently manage and coordinate all aspects of the research process
- Manage key operational partners to ensure reliable results are delivered to clients
- Maintain a project budget and ensure smooth operation of all aspects of the study
- Foster strong client relationships through frequent contact and insightful research
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years quantitative supplier-side, healthcare, market research experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research project management skills
- Self-motivated, analytical individual with attention-to-detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written communication)
- Superior organizational, multi-tasking, decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Works well in a team environment with colleagues at all levels
- Knowledge of research methodologies and statistics
- Must be able to create questionnaires, sample designs & data tab plans
- Must have some client management experience
- Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Working knowledge of SPSS
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, marketing research, or social sciences
