About the role
- Deliver employee listening strategies and narrative-led insights to FTSE100 clients.
- Own a portfolio of clients, design best-practice research, and translate data into strategic advice.
- Shape client programmes, lead multidisciplinary project teams, and contribute to product development.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (e.g., Occupational Psychology or related) or equivalent experience in employee research and organisational culture.
- Proven track record designing and running employee listening programmes and crafting evidence-based business narratives.
- Strong client management and commercial experience — able to build trusted relationships, influence buying decisions and act as account lead.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable influencing to C-suite level.
- Good grasp of data and understanding of common analytical techniques.
- Proficiency in AI use and adoption to streamline analysis, synthesis and client deliverables.
- Collaborative, self-starting and resilient — able to lead diverse teams and work effectively across internal stakeholders.
