About the role
- Lead high-quality research projects that impact top-tier clients in the FMCG team.
- Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring deliverables meet client objectives and drive business impact.
- Participate in online communities, ethnography, focus groups, and workshops.
Requirements
- Genuine interest in FMCG, brands, innovation and cultural trends.
- Experience in managing research projects and client relationships.
- Experience working across projects involving workshops and co-creation.
- Proven experience in qualitative research methodologies.
- Proficient in analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of core AI and machine learning concepts in research, such as predictive modelling and sentiment analysis.
- Experience in AI qual i.e. modbots, would be ideal
