About the role
- Identify and generate account leads using company and industry data sources.
- Use a CRM tool like Salesforce to log all activity and manage the sales process.
- Utilize email, phone, and webinar presentations to penetrate accounts.
- Reach the key decision maker at each workspace location to close the sale.
- Provide regular progress updates and sales projections.
- Become knowledgeable on the shared workspace industry through company data, self-directed research, and industry newsletters and blogs.
- Attend several trade shows and industry conferences each year.
Requirements
- B2B sales experience with demonstrated achievement preferred
- The ideal candidate will have familiarity with the workspace industry
- Self-directed, ambitious, organized, entrepreneurial mind-set
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Dedication to achieving results through persistence and continual improvement
- Basic computer, Word, PowerPoint, and spreadsheet skills
- Sales acumen
- Ability to communicate in an outgoing, poised and persuasive manner.
