We are looking for a high-performing, strategic Mid-level Recruiter who shares Ipiranga’s pursuit of excellence and our passion for delivering extraordinary service to customers/candidates and for building relationships.
Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking and strong organizational skills to develop and execute robust recruitment strategies.
The ability to work under pressure and personal resilience are important qualities for success in this valued role, as recruiters personally select, interview and onboard new hires.
Partner with Ipiranga internal clients, hiring managers and the HR team to understand business objectives, provide full recruitment expertise and advise on talent acquisition best practices.
Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and business partners.
Master recruitment strategy at all levels, including niche markets and technical talent pools.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador representing Ipiranga.
Manage job openings in Gupy (ATS) and in LG (admission/onboarding) through monitoring and progress reporting.
Source, interview and assess candidates in a timely manner.
Lead the offer process, including negotiation and closing of offers.
Continuously work on ways to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience. Stay up to date on recruitment trends and innovative practices.
Take ownership and manage the internal mobility process and partner with HRBPs to ensure program compliance and a positive employee experience.
Participate in special recruitment projects/initiatives, including evaluating interview techniques/practices and best practices.
Use data collected during recruitment/attraction processes to illustrate external market trends or challenges to business leaders.
Requirements
Over 5 years of recruitment experience, with exposure to a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency in closing senior-level candidate searches and negotiating offers.
Experience partnering with and advising hiring managers at all levels on recruitment decisions.
Ability to quickly learn systems, processes and procedures.
Results-oriented with a track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, optimism and integrity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable handling multiple priorities and adapting to changing needs.
Organized and detail-oriented — this role is focused on details. You will manage many different tasks, ensuring all are completed accurately and on time.
Passionate about promoting inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
Availability to work onsite in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro four days per week.
