- Proactively source top talent using active sourcing strategies to connect with standout candidates
- Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract exceptional talent
- Act as a brand ambassador to share our story and inspire potential candidates to join our mission
- Use creative sourcing techniques and local market insights to build a strong talent pipeline in Brazil
- Streamline the recruiting experience, maintaining clear communication and ensuring every candidate feels valued and informed
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition at a startup, particularly hiring for non-technical roles
- Strong understanding of the Brazilian talent market and the challenges of recruiting for a growing startup
- C2 level in Portuguese and English required; advanced Spanish is a plus
- A keen eye for top talent—especially for sales and account management roles
- Based in São Paulo and enthusiastic about being part of an on-site (hybrid), collaborative team
- Proactive and flexible mindset, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
