• Nous avons présentement une opportunité en tant que Représentant(e) du service à la clientèle bilingue. Ce poste sera basé à la fois à la maison et au bureau et relèvera de notre bureau de St-Laurent. Il relève du directeur du service à la clientèle du Québec.
• Le représentant du service à la clientèle travaillera dans un environnement très dynamique pour répondre aux demandes des clients concernant les commandes, les devis, les demandes de renseignements sur les produits et les vérifications des stocks/prix. Travaillant dans un environnement en constante évolution, cette personne devra effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois tout en maintenant la plus haute qualité de service à la clientèle :
• Répondre aux demandes concernant le prix, la livraison, l'état des commandes ou l'assistance technique.
• Résoudre les retards, les problèmes de service et les disputes
• Saisir, valider et suivre les commandes des clients par EDI, fax et téléphone, à l'aide de notre solution ERP interne.
• Vérifier les numéros de compte des clients, les prix, les conditions, les exigences de livraison, etc.
• Suivre les commandes en attente et s'assurer que la production, les achats et la distribution réagissent en conséquence Préparer les devis
• Collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements de l'équipe de service pour assurer un service précis dans toutes les directions.
• Fournir une assistance technique en se référant aux diverses publications de l'IPEX.
• Répondre à toutes les demandes des clients dans les meilleurs délais.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Diriger et développer une équipe de 15 comptables financiers avec différents niveaux de spécialisation, y compris des CPA, en leur fournissant des conseils et en favorisant un environnement d’équipe stimulant.
• Gérer les processus de clôture de fin de mois, de fin de trimestre et de fin d’année pour les opérations du groupe IPEX Amérique du Nord (Paie et avantages sociaux ; provisions ; allocations inter-entreprises ; prépayés ; R&D ; IFRS 16 ; taxe de vente ; réévaluation des devises ; rapprochements bancaires ; etc.).
• Collaborer avec l’équipe de mise en œuvre de l’ERP pour assurer une transition fluide du système ERP avec des perturbations minimales pour le reporting financier.
• Coordonner avec les fonctions de services partagés (comptes fournisseurs, comptes clients, coûts de production, planification et analyse financière, partenaires commerciaux, fiscalité, trésorerie et prix de transfert, contrôles internes) en surveillant le flux de travail.
• Assister l’équipe de reporting avec la planification et l’analyse financières, y compris le processus de budgétisation annuel, de prévision, et l’analyse des écarts.
• Établir et maintenir des contrôles internes et recommander des améliorations; coordonner les audits internes et externes (Big 4).
• Vigie stratégique des questions comptables pour se conformer aux normes IFRS et assister à la réalisation des rapports statutaires en coordination avec fiscal et juridique.
• Lead and develop a team of 15 Financial Accountants with different levels of specialisation including CPAs, by providing guidance and fostering a motivating team environment.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end close process for the IPEX North America Group (Payroll & Benefits; Accruals; Inter-company allocations; Pre-paids; R&D; IFRS 16 leases; Sales tax payment & reporting; FX Revaluation; Bank reconciliations; etc.).
• Collaborate with the ERP implementation team to ensure a smooth ERP system transition with minimal disruptions to financial reporting.
• Coordinate with Shared Service functions (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Costing, Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Partners, Tax, Treasury and Transfer Pricing, Internal controls) by monitoring workflow.
• Assist the reporting team with financial planning and analysis, including annual budget, forecasting process, and variance analysis.
• Establish and maintain internal controls and recommend improvements; coordinate internal and external audits (Big 4).
• Research accounting issues for compliance with IFRS and assist with statutory reporting in coordination with tax and legal.

Director of Retail Sales

Producer

• Lead the day-to-day activities of extrusion to ensure products are manufactured to a high level of efficiency and quality, and according to budget; address product performance and quality issues and formulate corrective actions; evaluate hold crates and bring them to conformity when applicable.
• Analyze operation data daily that summarize production efficiency, scrap rates, regrind usage, downtime, and change over times by machine and by shift.
• Present operational data to Supervisors and Managers daily to explain results, goals and implement methods for ongoing continuous improvement to achieve high efficiency, high regrind use, low scrap generation with minimal downtime.
• Review the master schedule supplied by the corporate scheduler and create daily schedule for the plant that includes plan for labor resources, machine utilization, and die change over activities.
• Effectively run morning transition meetings to review operational data, safety, quality, daily schedule objectives and maintenance priorities.
• Enter production into stock daily using software and balance and close work orders.
• Lead the development of a culture where 5S and housekeeping are maintained at world-class levels and there is genuine pride in the workplace.
• Manage inventory for production supplies.
• Responsible for implementation and compliance of Health & Safety Employee Meetings for extrusion, compound, and support departments.
• Lead Supervisors and employees to ensure ongoing development, performance improvement plans and cross functional training.
• Use HR processes and systems to develop the potential of all team members and proactively deal with performance issues.
• Participate in the recruitment and training of employees alongside HR/Payroll Coordinator & Supervisors and ensure labor vacancies are filled to prevent downtime.
• Conformance with IPEX internal guidelines on management roles, responsibilities, and policies.
• Identify, report, and follow-up on variances as related to safety, environmental, production, raw materials, quality, and maintenance.
• Participate JHSC meetings, shift meetings, accident investigations and return to work programs.
• Build and maintain effective and positive relationships with other managers at the site and in corporate functions, and collaboratively build and execute plans to optimize the value stream and achieve operational excellence.

Production Manager

• Oversee all plant operations including production, logistics, quality and maintenance; report to Director of Manufacturing
• Responsible for annual budget performance and facility production output, quality of finished goods, KPI achievement, continuous improvement and site safety
• Promote, maintain and lead a safety culture focused on zero workplace injuries and ensure reporting of near misses and hazardous conditions
• Lead and empower team members through performance management, training, coaching, succession planning and talent development
• Develop and implement production plans using forecasts to achieve labour and machine productivity, conversion cost, material variance and scrap reduction goals
• Lead implementation of best-in-class practices, cost reduction projects and efficient process control
• Maintain adherence to internal and external manufacturing standards and regulatory compliance
• Partner with business and innovation teams to industrialize new product development and support testing and analysis
• Oversee general machine and facility maintenance strategies and teams
• Manage movement of completed products and materials ensuring regulatory compliance
• Lead administrative functions including month-end reporting, annual budgeting, capital expenditure evaluations and documentation of management systems
