About the role

  • Collaborate with the sales team to engage prospects, conduct discovery sessions, and identify technical and business requirements.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and technical presentations that address customer needs and challenges.
  • Serve as a trusted technical resource to articulate the benefits and ROI of Work 365’s solutions.
  • Work closely with customers to design solutions leveraging Work 365’s tools to meet their unique business needs.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for implementing billing automation, subscription management, and recurring revenue models.
  • Assist the sales team in developing proposals, RFP responses, technical documentation and videos; partner with product and marketing to refine messaging.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to product and engineering and collaborate with onboarding and customer success for handoff.
  • Stay informed about developments in the CSP, MSP, Distributor ecosystem, and PSA platforms; educate prospects on trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or similar role, preferably within a CSP, MSP, Distributor, recurring revenue billing, or ecosystem company.
  • Experience with PSA platforms like ConnectWise or Autotask (strong advantage).
  • Strong technical and business acumen with the ability to bridge the gap between customer needs and product capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Deep understanding of billing automation, recurring revenue, and subscription models.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem and Microsoft tools and products (Modern Work, Biz Apps & Azure), especially Power Platform.
