Collaborate with the sales team to engage prospects, conduct discovery sessions, and identify technical and business requirements.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations and technical presentations that address customer needs and challenges.
Serve as a trusted technical resource to articulate the benefits and ROI of Work 365’s solutions.
Work closely with customers to design solutions leveraging Work 365’s tools to meet their unique business needs.
Provide guidance on best practices for implementing billing automation, subscription management, and recurring revenue models.
Assist the sales team in developing proposals, RFP responses, technical documentation and videos; partner with product and marketing to refine messaging.
Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to product and engineering and collaborate with onboarding and customer success for handoff.
Stay informed about developments in the CSP, MSP, Distributor ecosystem, and PSA platforms; educate prospects on trends and best practices.
Requirements
3+ years as a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or similar role, preferably within a CSP, MSP, Distributor, recurring revenue billing, or ecosystem company.
Experience with PSA platforms like ConnectWise or Autotask (strong advantage).
Strong technical and business acumen with the ability to bridge the gap between customer needs and product capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Deep understanding of billing automation, recurring revenue, and subscription models.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem and Microsoft tools and products (Modern Work, Biz Apps & Azure), especially Power Platform.
