About the role

  • As a Senior Backend Dynamics CRM Developer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our solutions for Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights Journeys, including Event Management, are effectively developed, deployed, and maintained.\n
  • Provide expertise and guidance in setting up and implementing the application lifecycle for our Dynamics 365 customization and implementation project.\n
  • Review and assist in making proper license purchase decisions and environment management to ensure successful development, testing, and deployment of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights Journeys (Event Management) customizations.\n
  • Develop and implement customizations for Model-Driven and Canvas apps, including creating new tables, fields, forms, and views tailored to the client’s specific requirements, and utilizing Power FX for the Canvas apps.\n
  • Design and implement custom PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls to enhance user experience in both Sales and Event Management modules.\n
  • Create and manage workflows and approval processes using Power Automate, particularly for automating record approval processes.\n
  • Package and deploy solutions, ensuring proper versioning and dependency management for both Sales and Customer Insights Journeys solutions.\n

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of experience as a developer in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform, with strong knowledge of C#, JavaScript, Power Fx, Model-Driven and Canvas apps, and Azure integration.\n
  • 2+ Years of experience deploying and customizing Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys (previously Dynamics 365 Marketing) and integrating these with 3rd party systems.\n
  • Proficiency in developing and deploying PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls for both Model-Driven and Canvas apps.\n
  • Experience with creating and maintaining Power Automate cloud flows and automations, particularly for event management and record approval scenarios.\n
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the entire solution lifecycle from development to deployment and maintenance, including the application of best practices for both managed and unmanaged solutions.\n
  • Advance Spanish Level is required for this role.\n
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients.
