About the role
- Play a central role within our Product Management and Development (PMD) team helping shape how a product function operations
- Drive operational excellence across the team - from performance reporting and KPI tracking, to process improvement, stakeholder coordination and risk management
- Lead the development, tracking and reporting of KPIs and performance metrics
- Produce performance reports that assess team activity, highlight risks and uncover opportunities for improvement
- Manage and maintain the departmental risk register
- Provide timely updates, keep delivery on track and collaborate closely with project and programme teams
Requirements
- Experience of developing, tracking and reporting on KPIs and performance metrics
- Strong ability to translate data into clear, actionable insight for stakeholders
- Proven experience of developing and applying project plans within a structured framework (e.g. PRINCE2 or equivalent)
- Experience of improving processes and driving operational efficiencies
- Experience of working in complex, multi-layered environments, including external partners or third parties
- Experience of risk management or maintaining risk registers
