QA Engineer

• Responsible for assessment and quality assurance of our training providers, and the training they deliver, in accordance with established criteria and national standards.
• Assessing our IOSH direct delivery courses, undertaking specific quality checks, and providing constructive feedback, in the form of written reports, but on occasion, verbally to aid understanding.
• Shape the delivery of our services to our end users as well as enhancing and improving our Quality Framework.

• This is a new, temporary role at IOSH.
• The Head of Membership Growth will be working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, to lead the membership input in scoping, developing and delivering market-leading membership value propositions for current and future members and OSH professionals globally.
• You will provide strategic insight and leadership to enhance the overall member experience for the full life-cycle of an OSH professional’s career, ensuring delivery of high-quality, data-informed & digitally enabled products and services to a range of markets.
• This role will be central to growing and strengthening our global membership community for the future, and align current and future delivery to aspiration 2 in IOSH’s aspirations and vision for the future.
