• Design, implement, and operate cloud infrastructure in AWS

IT Systems Engineer – Fixed-term Contract (Maternity Cover)

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Actively contribute across multiple finance functions: Controlling, Treasury, and Accounting
• Support monthly closing activities (data collection, uploads, and documentation)
• Analyze cost drivers, variances, and KPI movements
• Perform data quality checks in SAP and reporting systems
• Maintain KPI dashboards and reporting templates
• Assist with treasury administration including payment runs and liquidity reports
• Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity monitoring
• Work with finance data in SAP S/4HANA and related financial systems.

Working Student – Finance

Operations

• Responsible for the operational coordination of IONITY’s Europe-wide fast-charging network.
• Act as a central interface between monitoring systems, Field Service Engineers, service partners, hardware manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure continuous operation of the charging network through virtual monitoring and proactive operational support across all operating countries.
• Use monitoring tools, Power BI dashboards, and the ticketing system to track performance, incidents, and KPIs.
• Analyse and interpret operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for tickets, including qualification, prioritization, coordination of actions, escalation, documentation, spare-part tracking, and final closure.
• Coordinate interventions for both warranty and out-of-warranty cases.
• Support the commissioning of new charging sites.
• Contribute actively to teamwork within the Field Operations Coordination Team through close cooperation, knowledge sharing, and mutual support.

Field Operations Specialist

Customer Support

• Oversee and optimize online customer support channels (chat, email, social media, self-service portals)
• Implement, manage and optimize AI-powered support tools (e.g., chatbots, virtual assistants, voice of the customer and sentiment analysis)
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce response times
• Monitor and improve service quality metrics (CSAT, NPS, resolution time, first contact resolution)
• Collaborate with IT and product teams to integrate support solutions with CRM and backend systems

• Organizing shipments for Field Service Engineers and Service Partners.

• Develop and implement AI‑assisted customer service solutions (e.g. chatbots, virtual agents, AI‑enabled self‑service)
• Ensure solutions meet service quality, usability, trust, and reliability standards
• Identify and automate customer service processes to improve quality, consistency, and efficiency
• Design end‑to‑end automated workflows supporting case handling and resolution
• Develop AI‑assisted insights from customer service interactions (b2c and b2b) and feedback

Customer Service Process Automation, AI Specialist

Administration

• Take ownership of SAP Public Cloud landscape administration, including connected solutions such as SAP Concur
• Ensure operational stability, high quality, and continuous improvement of cloud systems
• Govern transport and release management
• Coordinate quality assurance and regression testing
• Ensure changes are delivered in a controlled and business-ready manner
• Act as the primary contact for SAP Support, responsible for creating, dispatching, and driving SAP cases to resolution

• Regularly update the organisation of policy developments in respective markets
• Draft position papers and translate to national languages (where necessary)
• Organise meetings with policy makers and other political stakeholders
• Represent IONITY in associations and industry-wide positioning
