About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support our Direct (B2C) and Fleet (B2B) Product Managers in delivering an outstanding charging experience and smooth partner enablement
  • Consolidate a regular competitor analysis on a monthly basis, covering product features, and promotional offers across key European markets, including structured product recommendations for the B2C channel
  • Support the product team in evaluating new product concepts, feature ideas, and user experience enhancements based on market and user data
  • Support the tracking and analysis of B2C customer loyalty rewards, monitoring redemption patterns and performance across different countries
  • Assist in user research preparation (e.g. survey drafting, data aggregation, synthesis of findings) to inform B2C product decisions
  • Own smaller projects independently end-to-end, including running promotional campaigns, improving a workflow, or setting up a KPI view and proposing next steps
  • Support end-to-end processing of new Fleet customer submissions: CRM updates, offer preparation and sending, coordination of contract creation and dispatch
  • Support customer onboarding and account setup in internal systems, including structured customer communication via email (status updates, follow-ups, missing information)
  • Create and maintain clear documentation and lightweight process flows, turning recurring questions into structured, reusable guidance for customers and internal teams
  • Support collaboration across Fleet Support, Sales/Account teams and Product

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently studying towards a university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik), Industrial Engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen), or a related field of study
  • High affinity for the EV industry and its evolution
  • Good communication skills (internally & externally with B2B touchpoints)
  • Good organizational skills and a structured working style
  • Fluent in English
  • Good analytical skills and an independent work style
  • Good Microsoft Office skills incl. PowerPoint and Excel
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a flexible, can-do attitude
  • Previous working experience via internships will be considered a strong asset
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence is appreciated
