About the role
- Build and manage net-new pipeline through strategic prospecting, client engagement, and partner collaboration.
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover business challenges and position tailored cybersecurity solutions.
- Build authentic, lasting client relationships by listening closely to their needs and uncovering opportunities to serve them better.
- Collaborate with senior team members to design account strategies and execute sales plans.
- Support responses to RFPs, and RFQs in coordination with the sales and technical teams.
- Partner with technology vendors, alliance partners, and internal stakeholders to drive joint opportunities and deliver comprehensive, customer-focused solutions.
- Partner with Pre-Sales and technical experts to design and deliver high-value solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity creation through closing and expansion.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales or account development experience, previous cybersecurity knowledge is an advantage.
- Proven ability to contribute to sales cycles and support successful deal closures.
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word, and Salesforce (or similar CRM tools).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- A customer-first mindset paired with clear, persuasive communication.
- Curiosity, drive, and a commitment to continuous learning through training and certifications.
