• Maintain and update employee records across HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance
• Support contract management: preparation of employment contracts, amendments, extensions, and termination documentation in line with applicable CCNL and Italian labor law
• Assist with payroll-related inputs (attendance, leave, variable compensation data) in coordination with payroll/finance
• Handle employee inquiries on HR policies, procedures, benefits, and contractual matters — acting as a first point of contact with a service-oriented approach
