Frontend Engineer

• Asociarse con nuestro cliente para liderar el diseño y la construcción de experiencias de usuario utilizando tecnología y técnicas modernas de desarrollo web. Será responsable de gestionar un equipo de ingenieros mayoritariamente front-end, y las relaciones con otros contribuyentes clave para entregar un gran software en los entornos de nuestro cliente.
• Contribuir al mayor equipo de ingeniería de Lab49. Esto significa aportar su pasión y opinión sobre lo que constituye un gran desarrollo de software a la comunidad de ingeniería más amplia dentro de Lab49 y ayudar a construir la cultura de desarrollo de software de alta calidad que habilita nuestra capacidad para entregar en los compromisos con los clientes.
• Actuar como ingeniero y arquitecto práctico para apoyar el trabajo en pequeñas iniciativas, así como diseñar y construir sistemas complejos. Liderar y participar activamente en proyectos, sirviendo como modelo a seguir para los equipos de proyecto y colaborando con otras prácticas para garantizar resultados exitosos.
• Asociarse con contrapartes y partes interesadas del cliente para mantener y construir relaciones, manteniendo un enfoque comercial. Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con los clientes como socio estratégico y asesor técnico, contribuyendo a expandir nuestra huella y asegurar trabajo adicional.
• Asociarse con el equipo de desarrollo de negocios de Lab49 para crear y entregar presentaciones convincentes, definiendo problemas, cautivando a los clientes, presentando soluciones y trabajando en los términos de compromiso. Construir y reforzar su red profesional mediante la participación activa en eventos de la industria, oportunidades de hablar en público, etc.
• Ayudar en el desarrollo de habilidades y prácticas de gestión efectivas entre los gerentes de línea en la práctica de Ingeniería, fomentando la planificación y el desarrollo estratégico de carrera para todo el equipo de ingeniería.

Principal Full Stack Engineer, React

Artificial Intelligence

• Partner with US-based team to translate strategy into clear backlogs, requirements, and delivery plans.
• Work with developers, UX, and QA to ensure clarity of scope and alignment with client needs.
• Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming, and requirement walkthroughs with both clients and squads.
• Provide hands-on product support, clarifying requirements, reviewing designs, or validating test results.
• Maintain backlog hygiene and readiness, ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for engineering execution.
• Plan, track, and manage risks across multiple streams, ensuring financial, scope, and quality targets are met.
• Manage dependencies, holding clients accountable for inputs needed to keep LAB49 delivery on track.
• Support engagement leadership in reporting progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Maintain delivery quality through oversight of requirements, timelines, design reviews, and testing practices.

Senior Product & Delivery Manager – Enterprise AI

• Partnering with our client to lead the design and build of a structured products trading UI using modern web development technology and techniques. You will be responsible for managing engineering deliverables, and the relationships with other key contributors to deliver great software.
• Design, document, and plan for the technical implementation and delivery of working software into production.
• Act as a hands-on engineer and architect to support ongoing project work. Lead and actively participate in projects, serving as a role model for project teams and collaborating with other practices to ensure successful outcomes.
• Partner with client counterparts and stakeholders to maintain and build relationships, maintaining a commercial approach. Develop strong relationships with clients as a strategic partner and technical advisor, contributing to expanding our footprint and securing follow-on work.
• Partner with the Lab49 business development team to create and deliver compelling pitches, defining problems, captivating clients, presenting solutions, and working out engagement terms. Build and reinforce your professional network through active engagement in industry events and public speaking opportunities.
• Contribute to the Interactive Practice: The UI engineering team within Lab49. This means bringing your passion and opinionated view of what makes for great UI development to the wider UI engineering community within Lab49.
• Assist in developing effective management skills and practices among line managers in the Engineering practice, fostering strategic career planning and development for the engineering team as a whole.
