About the role

  • Advise senior leaders and influence strategic decisions by embedding people priorities into business planning.
  • Lead the design and execution of the people strategy, focusing on organisational development, talent, culture, and engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with executives, providing proactive, strategic HR solutions to complex challenges.
  • Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
  • Partner on organisational design and major change programmes, ensuring smooth transitions and strong communication.
  • Champion a high‑performance culture through effective performance management and coaching for senior leaders.
  • Use people analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and track progress against key HR metrics.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, inclusion, and the overall employee experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in HR, with a focus on business partnering, employee relations, or organisational development
  • Ideally Degree qualified in a related discipline and hold CIPD qualification
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices in HR.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Can demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive change and support business objectives
  • Ability to coach and guide leaders through complex people issues
