About the role
- Lead end-to-end projects from conception to launch, bridging product and technology areas.
- Collaborate directly with Engineering and Data Science teams.
- Oversee initiatives comprehensively, coordinating all stakeholders on progress and deadlines, anticipating bottlenecks, and managing escalations when necessary.
- Balance business needs with technical constraints, guided by leadership.
- Manage initiatives throughout the execution cycle, focusing on requirements analysis, effort estimation, and the release of new API features.
- Propose, design, and run A/B tests to evaluate API improvements.
- Define metrics and monitor their evolution.
- Create and maintain detailed API documentation so other teams and Product Managers understand usage scenarios and keep materials up to date.
Requirements
- Solid experience leading the development of technical products in close collaboration with engineering and data science teams.
- Strong project management skills, able to organize multiple initiatives across different squads, coordinate with Tech Leads, and keep stakeholders informed about progress and API releases.
- Experience in platform teams, focusing on internal APIs used by other product teams.
- Analytical and quantitative profile, able to use data and metrics to generate insights and recommend improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to structure challenges, set priorities, and make pragmatic decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments, driving integrated deliveries and shared outcomes.
- Experience monitoring project progress, making necessary adjustments, and escalating to leadership when appropriate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with clarity and conciseness.
