• Provide comprehensive support to clients during implementation and training phases, promoting autonomy and confidence in using the solutions;
• Conduct project follow-up meetings, ensuring schedules are met and enforcing key deliverables essential to project progress;
• Work with a focus on continuous improvement, prioritizing excellence in the customer experience and strengthening client relationships;
• Propose proactive solutions to unblock deliveries and remove obstacles that compromise project progress.
