About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support low-complexity customer interactions, assisting with the initial understanding of requests, questions, and routing.
  • Log and update tickets and support information in internal systems, ensuring clarity and traceability.
  • Assist with triage, initial classification, and categorization of tickets, contributing to the organization of the support queue.
  • Help send simple status updates for ongoing requests, following team guidance.
  • Monitor basic area indicators, contributing to achieving productivity and service goals.
  • Answer telephone calls routed through the IVR (Interactive Voice Response), when applicable and always under supervision.
  • Assist the team with operational and administrative routines related to customer support and product sustainment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Experience in customer support.
  • Nice to have: knowledge of financial routines such as bank reconciliation, collections, and payments.
