About the role
- Install, support, troubleshoot, and repair Intuitive products in assigned territory
- Perform scheduled maintenance activities including system inspections and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all Intuitive products
- Coordinate and perform system delivery and installation
- Support Intuitive teams and provide feedback to HQ
- Conduct training sessions at ISI and facilities
- Maintain territory including responding to customer needs and supporting training
Requirements
- Good written and oral communication skills
- General computer skills
- Strong administrative and record keeping skills
- Clean driving record
- Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent training/experience preferred
