About the role

  • Identify, attract and place top talent for current and future opportunities within one or more business units
  • Promote sourcing, interviewing and hiring best practices aligned to business needs
  • Drive timelines and hiring initiatives including diversity talent attraction, recruiting programs, interviewing events, new manager trainings and strategic pipeline building
  • Serve as strategic talent partner and consultant to hiring managers; build strong relationships and consult on staffing best practices
  • Partner with client groups to proactively identify needs, design creative recruitment strategies, and execute all phases of hiring including closing conversations and documentation
  • Initiate and lead process improvement projects and present data-driven recommendations
  • Use data resources to influence stakeholders and implement change; present at meetings and trainings
  • Probe to understand key requirements and develop creative sourcing strategies; identify passive candidates
  • Manage candidate process and act as a candidate advocate; ensure timely execution of sourcing and screening
  • Propose and implement ongoing improvements to Intuitive’s recruitment efforts and participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Staffing team

Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 5+ years of SALES recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Recruiting experience in a healthcare or medical device setting strongly preferred
  • Experience with Workday and/or SmartRecruiters preferred
  • Proven track record of high volume, high quality recruitment across multiple skill sets
  • Demonstrated experience with full lifecycle recruiting
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook)
  • ERP, Talent Management or Applicant Tracking System experience preferred
  • Self motivated; action and results oriented; able to multi-task and manage/drive multiple requisitions and/or projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail with good organization and follow-up skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience working with diverse personalities and multiple levels of employees
  • Good listening, fact-finding and conflict management and interpersonal skills
  • Due to the nature of role, may require proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19
