Network Operations

• - Maintain and update the inventory of network circuits and connectivity services across multiple providers.
• - Record, track, and manage circuit information, including service IDs, bandwidth, locations, contracts, and provider details.
• - Coordinate with telecommunications providers regarding service activations, upgrades, incidents, and cancellations.
• - Monitor the lifecycle of network connections and ensure accurate documentation.
• - Assist in the validation and auditing of network inventory data.
• - Support network teams during circuit provisioning and migration activities.
• - Create and maintain operational reports and dashboards related to connectivity services.

• Develop solution architectures, proposals, Statements of Work (SoWs), and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs.
