About the role
- Partner with leaders to design and execute people strategies that enable business growth and team success
- Coach and inspire managers to enhance performance, engagement, and leadership capability
- Lead performance and talent management processes, ensuring development, succession, and recognition are part of our everyday rhythm
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, organizational design, and workforce planning
- Drive the learning and development strategy, creating and delivering impactful programs that strengthen skills, leadership, and connection across the organization
- Collaborate with leaders to identify critical skills gaps and embed a culture of continuous learning
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, ensuring every candidate experience reflects our values and commitment to excellence
- Champion culture, engagement, and belonging through programs that celebrate our people and connect our teams
- Leverage data and insights to measure program effectiveness and continuously improve how we support and grow our people, and increase their impact
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years as a strategic HR Business Partner
- A proven ability to build trust, influence, and coach leaders to drive meaningful, people-centered results and enable organizational success
- Experience designing and delivering learning programs that foster growth and high performance
- Deep applied knowledge of best-practice performance management, employee relations, and modern talent practices
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and workforce planning within dynamic, scaling organizations, and the ability to attract high-calibre talent
- Exceptional judgment, communication, and relationship-building skills
- A solutions-oriented, agile mindset and the ability to navigate change with positivity, pragmatism and focus
- Familiarity with HR systems, data, and analytics to guide decision-making
- Experience supporting SaaS or high-growth technology organizations; exposure to AI and talent management is a plus.
