Data Analyst

• Conducting full lifecycle analysis, including requirements gathering, activities and design
• Developing analysis and reporting capabilities, monitor performance, and identify quality control improvements
• Working closely with the Principal Client Solutions Architect, Product, Support and Technical Services to build and deploy the first five use-case dashboards for new clients within their first six months to secure initial ROI
• Owning the technical configuration for high-stake evaluations and expansion opportunities to prove product value before contracts are signed
• Analyzing and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets to identify and define opportunities to improve data quality and quantity
• Preparing detailed analysis and present recommendations for improvement to team members and management and work with leadership to help prioritize data improvement initiatives
• Triaging incoming data investigations using standardized procedures, investigating issues, developing acceptance criteria for fixes, and evolving data quality reports with standardized health metrics
• Creating a library of repeatable builds, templates, and step-by-step guides to teach the organization what success looks like, improving overall delivery speed

• You will lead the Product Management arm to own long-term vision, prioritization, and delivery against market needs and business outcomes.
• Product Marketing Management drives segmentation, ICP definition, positioning, packaging, pricing, launches, enablement, and win/loss insights.
• Lead the evolution of Introhive from relationship intelligence tool to indispensable revenue platform - identifying platform expansion opportunities, build vs. partner vs. buy decisions.
• Own segmentation, ICP, positioning, and messaging - the translation layer between product truth and commercial success, and the upstream source of market intelligence and strategic framing.
• Track buyer evolution: how are B2B buying committees changing, what does the modern GTM tech stack look like, and where does Introhive fit and expand?

Vice President, Product Marketing and Management

Account Manager

• Focusing on customer satisfaction, growth, and renewals.
• Win new business and incremental revenue with existing clients.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Accurately forecast for your territory.
• Identify and engage key customer stakeholders.
• Initiate proactive discussions to identify new opportunities within existing accounts and ensure key stakeholders are aware of Introhive’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to develop account plans and strategies that promote revenue growth and expand market share within these accounts.
• Aim to exceed expectations with every interaction, contributing significantly to Introhive’s market reputation as we scale and adapt our products to meet the needs of the Legal industry.
• Present, pitch, and run product demonstrations as required.

• Serve as the advocate and representative of the customer to the product team and other cross-functional groups.

• Prepare a monthly, Board-ready reporting package summarizing key GTM metrics and performance insights
• Build and maintain scalable, reliable reporting across core GTM metrics (e.g., ARR, pipeline, bookings, retention)
• Improve data quality, consistency, and governance to support a trusted single source of truth
• Lead the transition to a CPQ-driven data model, ensuring reporting requirements are clearly defined and implemented
