Business Analyst

• Build and maintain demo assets — Create, configure, and keep current the demo environments and assets for our Solutions Consulting and Sales teams
• Support RFP and proposal processes — Assist in sourcing, interpreting, and articulating technical, security, and privacy details in response to prospect and client requests
• Manage knowledge bases — Own the organisation and ongoing maintenance of internal knowledge resources, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and up to date
• Become an Introhive platform power user — Develop a thorough understanding of how our product works, how it integrates with other systems, and what problems our customers are trying to solve
• Contribute new technology perspectives — Actively bring ideas grounded in AI, automation, emerging tools, and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation
• Collaborate across GTM and Product teams — Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting and Product teams to support the full customer and prospect lifecycle
• Shadow senior Solutions Consultants — Develop technical, business, and customer-facing skills
• Travel — Attend company events and visit clients as needed

Solutions Engineer

• Transform Introhive’s data and integration capabilities into scalable, repeatable customer value.
• Build automated systems that prove Introhive’s ROI to the world's largest enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with Client Solution Architects and Product teams to engineer tools, templates, and automated dashboards.
• Serve as the technical owner for customer-facing implementations, proofs of concept (POCs), and value demonstrations.
• Identify manual bottlenecks in the current deployment process.
• Build standardized health-check reports and automate acceptance criteria to triage and resolve data quality issues.

Product Solutions Engineer – Forward Deployed Engineer

Data Analyst

• Conducting full lifecycle analysis, including requirements gathering, activities and design
• Developing analysis and reporting capabilities, monitor performance, and identify quality control improvements
• Working closely with the Principal Client Solutions Architect, Product, Support and Technical Services to build and deploy the first five use-case dashboards for new clients within their first six months to secure initial ROI
• Owning the technical configuration for high-stake evaluations and expansion opportunities to prove product value before contracts are signed
• Analyzing and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets to identify and define opportunities to improve data quality and quantity
• Preparing detailed analysis and present recommendations for improvement to team members and management and work with leadership to help prioritize data improvement initiatives
• Triaging incoming data investigations using standardized procedures, investigating issues, developing acceptance criteria for fixes, and evolving data quality reports with standardized health metrics
• Creating a library of repeatable builds, templates, and step-by-step guides to teach the organization what success looks like, improving overall delivery speed
