About the role

  • Open the livestream room according to the assigned schedule
  • Turn on and check all pre-configured equipment: Camera / Webcam, Livestream lights, Microphone, Computer
  • Launch the livestream software (OBS / TikTok Live Studio / Shopee Live, etc.)
  • Open and check the pre-set livestream product cart
  • Assist with camera switching based on livestream content
  • Monitor equipment and product cart performance throughout the livestream
  • End the livestream following standard procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Ecommerce, Film Production, Multimedia Communications, Media, Event Management, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience)
  • At least 1 year of experience in livestream product carts (Shopee / TikTok / Lazada, etc.)
  • Proficient in livestream software and platforms such as vMix, OBS, Shopee Live, TikTok Live Studio, Lazada Live , and related production tools
  • Hands-on experience operating cameras, lighting, microphones, mixers, and related equipment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate with multiple departments.
  • Responsible, resilient, and able to work under pressure
