About the role

  • Maximize sales and delivering exceptional service
  • Develop deep product knowledge
  • Ensure every booking is managed with care, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Handle a mix of sales and customer service interactions across phone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Support travellers and agent partners every step of the way, from the first enquiry to departure day
  • Work a rotating roster across 7 days, with shifts between 9:00AM EST and 8:00PM EST, including weekends

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and/or customer service, with a proven ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and convert enquiries into bookings.
  • Confidence working towards targets and KPIs - you're results-driven and love celebrating wins.
  • Strong communication skills in spoken and written English, with experience handling customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems (ideally Salesforce), and travel booking platforms.
  • Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in bookings and customer files.
  • A collaborative, team-focused attitude, ideally with personal or professional travel experience and/or experience in the travel industry.
