About the role

  • Bring your natural sales ability with demonstrated experience, you’ll love selling a product you are passionate about and be driven by sales targets
  • Provide amazing customer service to our travellers through multiple channels (calls, emails, live chats, and social media platforms) to help turn their travel ambitions into reality.
  • Work in a fast-paced, contact centre environment to achieve individual, regional and global sales targets and KPIs.
  • Be driven by personal and team growth, the desire to learn and have your contribution heard (while getting rewarded for it!)
  • Be passionate about travel and share your love of it with our customers. Every step of the way you’ll embody our core values of Ambitious, Together, Impactful and Real.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years' experience in sales & customer service (Travel &/or Contact centre environment is advantageous!)
  • Personal travel experience to Intrepid destinations
  • Can come into our Auckland office 3 days per week.
  • The ability to learn a variety of new computer systems and processes
  • Any experience in booking systems (preferred not required!)
