About the role
- Lead the delivery of Intrepid’s global people strategy across Sales and Operations teams
- Implement people strategy, processes and core HR activities across multiple countries
- Coach and guide senior leaders and local People Partners on operational HR
- Provide guidance across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and induction, learning and development, performance reviews, remuneration and incentive plans, goal setting, employee engagement, retention, termination and employment law compliance
- Support the delivery of people plans that enable long-term growth across the region
- Lead and coach the EMEA People Partner community, with dotted-line responsibility across the region
- Contribute to the design and delivery of global HR projects, mentoring other People Partners and helping embed consistent, high-quality people practices across the business
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in human resources, ideally in a multi-country environment
- Strong working knowledge of employment law, labour markets and wage regulations across jurisdictions
- Experience implementing people strategy and core HR processes at scale
- Proven experience coaching senior managers on operational and people matters
- Experience leading or mentoring HR / People Partners
- Strong working knowledge of contemporary HR practices and methodologies
- Experience using HR information systems (SuccessFactors desirable)
