About the role

  • Lead the delivery of Intrepid’s global people strategy across Sales and Operations teams
  • Implement people strategy, processes and core HR activities across multiple countries
  • Coach and guide senior leaders and local People Partners on operational HR
  • Provide guidance across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and induction, learning and development, performance reviews, remuneration and incentive plans, goal setting, employee engagement, retention, termination and employment law compliance
  • Support the delivery of people plans that enable long-term growth across the region
  • Lead and coach the EMEA People Partner community, with dotted-line responsibility across the region
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of global HR projects, mentoring other People Partners and helping embed consistent, high-quality people practices across the business

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in human resources, ideally in a multi-country environment
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law, labour markets and wage regulations across jurisdictions
  • Experience implementing people strategy and core HR processes at scale
  • Proven experience coaching senior managers on operational and people matters
  • Experience leading or mentoring HR / People Partners
  • Strong working knowledge of contemporary HR practices and methodologies
  • Experience using HR information systems (SuccessFactors desirable)
