Onboard new banks and custodial agents and provide operational support in the sweep-processing business.
Work within a Salesforce-based workflow process to manage and support various operational tasks.
Manage the pipeline for new customers, including updating and maintaining a contractual term tracking system used to support reporting and analytical downstream functions.
Model and build data queries and participate in cross-functional Data Lake projects.
Analyze and prepare data to present to clients.
Develop, document, and implement procedures focused on transactional processing, cash settlement, and reconciliation.
Work with third-party vendors and partners to resolve operational issues and communicate key information in a timely manner.
Requirements
Experience with, or enthusiasm for learning, artificial intelligence (AI) tools to optimize workflows, problem-solving, and productivity.
High competency in Excel, Access, SQL and PowerPoint
Ability to achieve results by managing expectations of both internal and external customers (and outside vendors), communicating in a timely fashion, and utilizing effective procedures and plans in place.
Ability to work independently yet integrate personal results in a team environment.
Able to produce accurate work product.
Ability to analyze and write business requirement documents to improve or expand the functionality of a technology business platform.

Financial Services or banking industry experience, preferably in a back-office (i.e., reconciliation, settlement, bank processing) operational role. Experience with traditional back-office processes and functions specific to the brokerage or banking environment is a plus.
