Project Manager

• Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to closing, ensuring adherence to scope, quality standards and project milestones.
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including government bodies and other consortium members across different European countries.
• Coordinate internal resources and consortium partners to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan to track progress.
• Perform project risk and issue management.
• Track project expenditures and ensure compliance with applicable financial guidelines.
• Manage project documentation.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports (financial, technical and administrative) internally and to the contracting agencies.
• Ensure that Intellectual Property (IP) rights and export control regulations are followed.

Procurement

• Preparing bid specifications and issuing bid requests to several vendors and suppliers.
• Evaluating approved suppliers and negotiating price, delivery and quality of products.
• Sourcing new products and alternative suppliers.
• Negotiating with suppliers regarding damage claims, rejections, losses, return of materials, over-shipments, cancellations etc.
• Identifying and recommending opportunities that bring innovation, cost efficiencies and optimize service and quality.
• Solving problems regarding orders in an efficient and timely manner.

Procurement Buyer

Learning and Development

• Coordinate L&D activities (schedule sessions, manage enrollments and coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual learning)
• Track attendance, completions, certifications and compliance requirements
• Liaise with external providers, manage bookings and process invoices
• Organize workshops, onboarding sessions and development events
• Maintain the LMS, upload content, troubleshoot issues, and generate system reports
• Support evaluation of training effectiveness using surveys, feedback scores and performance indicators
• Assist in producing reports on skill development, competence progress and capability gaps
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual L&D reports for HR leadership, including KPIs and insights
• Identify process improvements and support new initiatives

Learning & Development Administrator

Mechanical Engineer

• Analyze and evaluate drawings requirements.
• Research, evaluation & selection of manufacturers and subcontractors for a wide range of parts (machined, sheet metal, welded, castings, hardware etc) based on drawings or specific technical specifications.
• Provide technical Support to subcontractors and internal at IDE as required.
• Monitor subcontractors regarding technical, quality and schedule requirements of contracts.
