About the role

  • Monitor and supervise workflow of the virtual care team.
  • Provide leadership, coaching and development for all direct reports to maintain an engaged and productive workforce.
  • Optimize staffing, performance, compliance, productivity, and satisfaction of direct reports.
  • Foster a team environment between all direct reports and internal stakeholders partners.
  • Assist with interviewing candidates and support the successful onboarding of new hires.
  • Opportunity to assist with departmental and inter-departmental projects.
