About the role
- Develop the business plan and execute the P&L of the Category.
- Define, track, and improve key metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters and report key findings.
- Identify various marketing opportunities that allow for the business to scale up / activate specific consumer segments to grow the category
- Plan for optimization of campaigns for cost-efficient customer acquisition across channels
- Assist the sales team by developing a deep understanding of consumer buying habits and using CRM
- Generate new product ideas, and enhancements to existing products and collate requests from both internal and external requestors
- Create/Improve the GTM strategy for new/existing products
Requirements
- Extremely hands-on with analytics and data-driven problem solving
- Strong comfort and proficiency in SQL
- High proficiency in using AI tools for analytics and productivity
- Experience working with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and agents
