Security Engineer

• **Job Purpose:**
• - Manage a team of Cyber Security Analysts providing global support for Group IT and the business
• - Act as the escalation contact point for all cyber security related matters for the region (security monitoring, incident response, technical assessment, security solution and policy management)
• - Lead security investigation & major incident response efforts in the region
• - Oversee the management of endpoint, network, email and web security technologies.
• - Perform personnel and performance management for the local Cyber Security team in Poland
• - Primary stakeholder for Cyber Security operations within the region
• - Coordinate work allocation for cyber security incidents and services
• - Drive process improvements to increase detection, reduce mean-time to response and create operational capacity efficiencies.
• - Support Legal investigations involving cyber security technologies.
• - Contribute towards cybers security operations strategy development & execution
• **Tasks:**
• - Manage daily cybersecurity operations and coordinate the regional security team, including shift planning and absence management.
• - Act as the regional escalation point for all cybersecurity incidents and oversee implementation of corrective actions.
• - Lead the deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity solutions within the EMEA region.
• - Continuously monitor and evaluate security processes to identify areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
• - Oversee vulnerability management activities, including threat analysis, critical patching coordination, and compliance monitoring.
• - Collect, analyze, and maintain cybersecurity data to support regional and global reporting requirements.
• - Supervise infrastructure and web application security assessments, ensuring quality assurance of team deliverables.
• - Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and support business continuity and mission assurance strategies.
• - Set strategic priorities for regional cybersecurity operations, including budget oversight and resource planning.
• - Drive team development by setting knowledge and skill-building goals and regularly assessing progress.

• Ensure execution of head office maintenance engineering activities according to contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety, quality, budget and schedule
• Supervise execution of design activities relevant to QA and QC Certification, HSE system control, maintainability, inspection criteria and spare parts reliability
• Review contractual documentation and confirm assigned budget and technical scope
• Verify that maintenance requirements are accounted for in engineering documents
• Participate in project planning, scheduling and ROKM sessions related to maintenance activities
• Prepare and update maintenance engineering execution plan and supervise preparation of maintenance procedures
• Take part in project review meetings to ensure maintenance engineering requirements are complied with
• Ensure preparation and checking of Purchase Requisitions (RdA) and Technical Evaluations within responsibility
• Review 3D models for compliance with maintenance requirements, accessibility and inspectability
• Monitor budget and verify KPI during home office activity; report activities, progress, concerns and issues to the Project
• Perform inspectability and maintainability analysis, asset data gathering and build asset register with related spares
• Perform risk and reliability analysis to support development of maintenance plans, procedures and work instructions for CMMS uploading

Lead Maintenance Engineer

• Ricerca di cinque Senior Buyer per progetto di 6 mesi relativo alla costruzione di un'importante opera infrastrutturale.
• Inserimento nell'area Procurement per la gestione operativa degli approvvigionamenti di materiali e servizi direttamente in cantiere.
• Collaborare alla definizione delle Vendor Lists per i materiali e servizi necessari in cantiere.
• Gestire richieste di offerta e negoziazioni commerciali e contrattuali con fornitori selezionati.
• Analizzare e comparare offerte per garantire qualità, tempi di consegna e conformità ai requisiti.
• Coordinare la redazione contrattuale in collaborazione con Legal & Contract Management.
• Monitorare e ottimizzare il processo di procurement in cantiere con analisi dati e reportistica.

• Manage Intertek Electrical BL's sales area for Italy, selling ATIC services focused on Household Appliances and Food Service Equipment markets
• Develop and execute business strategies to attract new customers and grow existing accounts
• Execute sales plan in line with Company’s sales objectives and policy
• Formulate business development strategy in synergy with Group Management
• Hunt for new business opportunities and farm existing key customers through research, prospecting, and networking
• Maintain knowledge of priority sectors, market trends and routes to market
• Drive deals from technical definition through budgeting, proposal and order
• Cross-sell services and promote synergies with other business lines
• Coordinate with Operations to facilitate service delivery and identify new market opportunities
• Prepare sales reporting and record customer interactions and opportunities in CRM
