About the role

  • Provide leadership internally and externally in managing and growing our largest National Account customers
  • Meet or exceed unit and dollar volume, as well as financial goals
  • Manage National Tier 1, and sometimes Tier 2 accounts
  • Develop annual growth plans and customer-specific joint business plans
  • Lead and manage monthly account planning with cross-functional core team.
  • Schedule and lead business meetings, QBR’s, Line Reviews and RFQs
  • Complete customer engagement reports that justify travel related spend
  • Facilitate internal communication for relevant account development.

Requirements

  • Business degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working in the Automotive and Commercial aftermarket
  • 3+ years in Sales Account Management or Category Management preferred
  • Battery and/or retail tire business knowledge a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business Acumen that reflects vision, capabilities, accountability and performance
  • Leadership skills that are exceptional.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends as needed.
