About the role
- Scale Interpolitan’s global digital presence and performance marketing engine
- Own client acquisition across markets through data-driven experimentation, funnel optimisation, and integrated multichannel campaigns
- Lead paid media, SEO, ABM, CRO, and analytics efforts, collaborating closely with content, creative, product, and commercial teams
- Instrumental in launching new products and markets, shaping user journeys, and driving measurable growth across the UAE, India, UK, Canada and beyond
Requirements
- 5+ years in growth, performance, or digital marketing roles (preferably B2B/fintech/financial services)
- Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic etc.)
- Must have experience operating growth across UK, UAE and international markets.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience with landing page tools and A/B testing platforms
- Data-savvy with experience using GA4, PowerBi, or similar
- Commercial mindset, self-starter, comfortable working across teams and regions
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
