About the role

  • Organise and coordinate both virtual and in-person learning events, ensuring a seamless experience for participants and facilitators.
  • Curate and contribute to the development of engaging on-demand learning resources that meet the evolving needs of our teams.
  • Conduct data analysis and produce reports to inform decision-making and demonstrate the impact of learning initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date learning records, ensuring compliance and visibility across the organisation.
  • Support the evaluation of learning programmes to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Help maintain and evolve our Learning Experience Platform (LXP), ensuring it remains user-friendly, relevant, and impactful.
  • Learn how to become a trusted advisor to the business, building strong relationships and managing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and empower teams by ensuring they have access to the right learning tools and resources.

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for helping others develop their skills.
  • Basic understanding of Learning & Development principles is a plus, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build strong working relationships.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Confidence using digital tools and software.
  • A desire to progress and develop professionally within the advisory sector.
