Own the entire recruitment process starting from setting the recruitment strategy, through the sourcing and selection process, and closing the roles
Partner closely with hiring managers across multiple key locations to support them in making the best hiring decisions and challenge them when necessary
Focus on hiring top tech/IT talent as well as business roles, advising stakeholders on competitive markets and sourcing strategies
Participate in People team initiatives and projects to support Talent Acquisition strategy and the overall candidate experience
Build and maintain engaging candidate relationships during the recruitment process
Represent interop.io at conferences, career fairs, and networking events; support employer branding initiatives
Provide regular reports and follow-up on metrics to senior management
Share knowledge of industry trends, talent pools, sourcing channels, and relevant communities
Requirements
5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, including with a strong understanding of technical roles and industry trends
Experience recruiting across multiple locations/markets and adapting to different talent landscapes
Experience in utilizing various sourcing and attraction methods
Great interviewing and presentation skills
Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment where things can change quickly
A strong negotiator with well-developed influencing skills
A problem-solver who sees opportunities in the obstacles
