About the role
- Lead the Andrew Harper Signature Tours division by developing, marketing, and operating premium travel experiences that drive profitability.
- Create and design Hosted Group Tours for Andrew Harper members.
- Conduct research and development of Hosted Group Tour itineraries.
- Continually engage with DMCs for all logistical aspects of the tour.
- Cultivate relationships with members for future business.
- Working with the marketing team to design detailed online and print marketing materials.
- Prepare detailed traveler and staff itineraries that include all supplier details.
- Oversee the production of all final documents.
- Maintain accurate records of customer deposits and vendor payouts.
- Respond to member inquiries regarding the Hosted Tours.
Requirements
- 10+ years of customer/membership support experience
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ideally have background in group travel planning and program development
- Ideally have experience with an affluent customer base
- Proactive attitude with an ability to creatively solve problems quickly
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines working under pressure
- Computer and Technology savvy
