About the role
- Act as a strategic recruitment partner to business leaders
- Collaborate with TA & HR Manager, HR Director, APMEA Region and business leaders
- Design, develop, and maintain recruitment processes
- Utilize diverse sourcing techniques to attract talent
- Deliver exceptional candidate’s experience throughout recruitment stages
- Oversee internal and external recruitment platforms
- Provide external marketplace intelligence and industry trends
- Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new joiners
- Manage end-to-end bulk and lateral hiring processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- A combination of in-house corporate and agency/executive search experience is preferred
- Must possess software talent, technical recruitment experience
- Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing talent
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of employment law/practices across India and compliance requirements.
- Good spoken and written English language skills
