About the role

  • Act as a strategic recruitment partner to business leaders
  • Collaborate with TA & HR Manager, HR Director, APMEA Region and business leaders
  • Design, develop, and maintain recruitment processes
  • Utilize diverse sourcing techniques to attract talent
  • Deliver exceptional candidate’s experience throughout recruitment stages
  • Oversee internal and external recruitment platforms
  • Provide external marketplace intelligence and industry trends
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new joiners
  • Manage end-to-end bulk and lateral hiring processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • A combination of in-house corporate and agency/executive search experience is preferred
  • Must possess software talent, technical recruitment experience
  • Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing talent
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of employment law/practices across India and compliance requirements.
  • Good spoken and written English language skills
