About the role
- Provide quality logistical support and liaison with rotational staff
- Develop rosters for each staff member
- Arrange flights and other travel for each rotation
- Communicate with clients regarding staff arrangements
- Ensure reporting staff appropriately enter their time in the payroll system
- Review and process all expense claims received
- Develop good working relationships with site staff
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics, travel, administration, and customer service
- Microsoft 365 and Teams experience is an essential asset
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
