About the role

  • Provide quality logistical support and liaison with rotational staff
  • Develop rosters for each staff member
  • Arrange flights and other travel for each rotation
  • Communicate with clients regarding staff arrangements
  • Ensure reporting staff appropriately enter their time in the payroll system
  • Review and process all expense claims received
  • Develop good working relationships with site staff
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics, travel, administration, and customer service
  • Microsoft 365 and Teams experience is an essential asset
