About the role
- Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the General Manager, Northern Europe, and the wider Leadership Team
- Act as a central coordination point, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across the business
- Manage correspondence, including letters, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Coordinate and manage diaries, meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements
- Oversee email management, screening, and follow‑ups to ensure timely responses
- Act as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, delivering a professional experience
- Support planning and delivery of events, townhalls, and conferences
- Prepare meeting minutes and maintain accurate records on Teams
- Process invoices, expenses, travel requests, and team holiday approvals
- Assist in producing and formatting documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Lead or contribute to ad‑hoc projects as required
- Support the Sales Team, including preparing commission documentation and coordinating new‑starter inductions
Requirements
- Proven PA experience at Director level or above
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong IT skills across Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Adaptable, culturally aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
