About the role
- Lead the development and implementation of multi-year strategy for External Relations
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to enhance overall impact of strategic initiatives
- Direct line management of 4 strategy professions
- Act as a thought partner to leadership on strategic challenges
- Develop vision for Strategy & Planning team and manage project pipeline
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in strategy or business transformation role
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects
- Good knowledge of private fundraising in humanitarian or development settings
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in leading teams and providing advisory support to senior leaders
- Must be fluent in English
